More pictures of our five days in Menton and surrounding area of this part of Cote d'Azur. Before we left Marie and I had the opportunity to attend a very interesting art collection at the museum Jean Cocteau featuring work by three major artists who made their home in post-war Cote d'Azur - Cocteau, Matisse and Picasso. Here are fauns, sirens, dancers, portraits and sketches of Greek mythology in what is now called the 'Menton style'. For me it was a perfect way to end our stay here before heading north to Calais and on to England. Gws
